Description

Install and repair pipes, water lines, drains, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair heating and air-conditioning systems.
Diagnose and fix plumbing and HVAC problems.
Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment working properly.
Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Follow safety rules and building codes.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other workers about repairs and job progress.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous plumbing and/or HVAC experience preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
Ability to use common tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license may be required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift equipment and materials.
Ability to work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to work in different weather and job-site conditions.
