Loikits Industrial Services Inc. (Loikits) provides routine and emergency services, as well as, specialty products to industrial customers primarily within the Northeastern United States. This customer base includes gasoline and chemical bulk storage facilities, pharmaceutical and intermediate chemical production, food and beverage, as well as, institutional and specialty. Loikits’ primary service is providing turn key repair, replacement and new installations to critical equipment involved in daily production operations.

Management Team
Douglas Frable, General Manager since 2009 and recently elected President. Mr. Frable has been employed with the company since 1985. Douglas is the primary “in-house” trainer for Loikits’ field service technicians and deemed the companies “top” troubleshooter. Certificated experience includes PLC’s, advanced electrical, electronics, vacuum pumps, automated security gates, additive injection systems, Refrigeration/HVAC and ASME welding certified.
Frank Cwitkowitz, Senior Field Services Supervisor since 1990. Mr. Cwitkowitz has been directly involved in the service and installation of refrigeration, chiller and HVAC systems and is the senior estimator. Frank worked with the Company since 1983. Certificated experience includes advanced electrical, PLC’s, advanced logic control, refrigeration/HVAC, vacuum and centrifugal pumps.
Daniel Loikits, Founder and Chairman. Mr. Loikits has over 24 years experience in the service and installation of gasoline terminal operations, industrial refrigeration and heat transfer equipment and systems.
William Tennis, Field Service Technician and Automated Security Gate Manager since 2006. Mr. Tennis is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. Previously worke as an engineer for Agere Systems, Inc. (Formerly Lucent Technologies /AT&T Microelectronics, & Bell Labs) designing supply chain information systems and networking routines to handle multi-national network connections. Performed routine and emergency services to Electron Beam Exposure systems and facility test equipment. Installed & serviced x-ray equipment for a Medical Equipment Company, as well as, managed installation crews. Software experience in C, Fortran, UNIX, Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, VMS, Datatrieve, HTML, PERL, JAM/JPL, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint) packages on MS-DOS windows. Mr. Tennis held a Security Clearance.
Karen Cope, Controller since 2000. Ms. Cope manages the financial and accounting
activities for the organization and works closely with Loikits’ outside Accounting Firm. Ms. Cope is well versed with financial software including Realworld, SBT, Alere. and Counterpoint. Ms. Cope has been in the field of accounting and finance for 29 years.
Primary Services and Products
Refrigeration/HVAC Maintenance: The service and installation of heating, air
Conditioning, refrigeration, custom manufactured equipment has always been a major “driver” from the Company. The majority of Loikits’ customer base in this sector is comprised of large industrial complexes (100+ buildings), cement plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, MRI cooling systems, military installations, polymer manufacturing plants, institutions, and many niche equipment applications such as mold flash cooling, environmental chambers and specialty R & D equipment.
Pump Sales and Service: Over the last 25 years, Loikits has developed a bond with their customers to be the first responder when a pump failure or new requirement occurs.
As a result of hundreds of hours of training in combination with field experience,
Loikits has become well versed in the service and installation of pumping equipment with designs such as: centrifugal, rotary gear, vacuum (liquid ring and rotary vane), and lobe blowers.
In addition to field support, Loikits has performed a “total overhaul” on hundreds of pumps. These operations may involve welding, machining, spin balancing, hydraulic press and fit, various rigging and hoist work, testing and painting. Loikits is also a “factory trained” authorized service company for Travaini® Vacuum Pumps, and Scot® Centrifugal Pumps.
Bulk Terminal Maintenance: Another “primary driver” for Loikits are the sales, service and installation of gasoline pollution abatement systems such as carbon adsorption, thermal oxidizers, flares, chilled lean oil absorption and refrigeration condensation equipment. Loikits currently provides support to over 100 bulk loading facilities within the Northeast United States.
Customers are capitalizing on the “Total Terminal Maintenance” advantages offered by Loikits to provide turn key maintenance to other equipment crucial to truck rack, marine, and rail terminal operations. This equipment includes product pumps, automated security gates/fencing, air conditioning systems, steam boilers, scrubbers, vapor collection systems, detonation/flame arrestors, additive injection systems and terminal automation.
Core Competencies:
Loikits has proven to be very successful in very demanding, highly reactive and
technically versed industrial markets, where equipment break downs or shut downs can negatively affect the customer’s bottom line. Since 1979, Loikits has invested heavily in staff, inventory (2000+ individual stocked part #’s), machinery, tools and support to meet or exceed the specific demands of the modern day customer.
