Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cleanroom Technician to strengthen our cleanroom manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring stable, high-quality production processes within a semiconductor-related environment. You will work across critical production and inspection steps, support continuous process reliability, and contribute to a culture of precision and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong cleanroom and/or semiconductor background who enjoys structured work, detailed documentation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and support cleanroom production steps, ensuring full adherence to process and cleanliness requirements.
Perform visual and metrology-based inspections throughout the production flow and document results with high accuracy.
Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace according to cleanroom standards.
Support nonconformance handling (NCR) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain stable and reliable processes.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Significant experience working in a cleanroom environment in semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong understanding of structured workflows, contamination control, and precision handling.
Excellent attention to detail, reliable completion of documentation, and adherence to defined procedures.
Clear and proactive communication style combined with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Additional Information
The expected salary range for this position is between $25 and $30/hr. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
