About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and skilled in diagnosing system issues in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours available.

Key Responsibilities

       Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems
       Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve refrigeration system issues
       Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
       Collaborate with maintenance team members to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance
       Ensure all work complies with safety policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

       High school diploma or equivalent
       Minimum of 3 years of experience with ammonia refrigeration systems (5+ years preferred)
       Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
       Excellent attention to detail
       Ability to work both independently and within a team
       Strong communication skills
       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
