Citizens Gas Fuel Company, a subsidiary of DTE Energy, has been serving the citizens of Adrian and the surrounding area since 1856. With over 17,000 residential customers alone, we take pride in providing professional heating and air conditioning service, preventative maintenance on gas and electric appliances, installation of gas appliances and more. We are seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician Trainee.

An HVAC Service Technician Trainee plays as an integral role at Citizens Gas by serving its customers in many ways:

• Installing, repairing and converting residential equipment specific to the gas industry
• Repairing, installing and/or removing gas meters, appliances or regulators
• Running service and maintenance calls for residential HVAC customers in their homes
• Investigating gas/leak odors and making necessary repairs

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in natural gas service repair and/or equivalent education
• Pipefitting and HVAC experience desirable
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test

• Pay: $47,000 - $95,000
